After spending nearly 14 years of managing and finding recycling outlets for overspray waste powder coatings, I found myself waiting on the rest of industry to catch up to what I already figured out.  Overspray is recyclable and when managed appropriately, can improve your bottom line as well as make a significant impact on corporate sustainability goals.  Bringing this knowledge and experience to the industry is why this consultancy exist.  After Co-founding Innovakote and their game changing recycling technology, I realized that the uphill battle of getting industry exposure and credibility was the next necessary step to bring this to market. Through development and commercialization of Innovakote, I witnessed an exceptionally long sales cycle of 18+ months that I am DETERMINED to shorten.
